I haven’t had starbucks in a long time, and I was scared the drink wouldn’t be as good as I remember, but the barista Melvin made it per-fect! It was fast service, a great drink all served with a smile. Truly one of the best Starbucks experiences I have ever had !

I walk past this starbucks every single day! I go in a lot and have gotten nothing but the best service. The staff is super friendly and helpful!The service is mostly quick, on busy hours it takes about 5-8 minutes to get the coffee, but they apologize for the wait and make sure the drink was perfectly made.

Music is way too loud. Difficult to get any work done or have a conversation. Ample seating is available but not an idea work environment. Would prefer quieter coffee house style music, not club rave.

4th Starbucks I walked into looking for a bathroom - this one had a working restroom that was pretty clean. Cute couches and tables as well.

The guy with very curly hair and braces saw how busy it was and he was moving at a slow pace. One worker started to help because he was very slow paced. With all the people there he didn’t even call out names when he placed the mobile orders out and after waiting for 20minutes when I placed the mobile order way past that time I asked politely if mine was being made by any chance and he held it up with attitude it’s here and then placed it on the other side of the counter when I was right in front of him. Almost was late to work . Don’t see the point of ordering a mobile order. At this place I suppose you have to place it an hour ahead when he’s working the mobile orders. No need to be rude if you hate your job. I work in heath care we all have stressful lives no need to be rude for a job you picked.

The guy with braces and curly hair today in the morning had a nasty customer service I had my drink but didn’t had my sandwich mind that I leted them know instead of making it he helped other people behind me when I ask for refund he said the sandwich was going to come out of the oven and didn’t gave me a refund .

Ever since moving to a new location this place has been horrible. The wi-fi hasn’t worked going on weeks now. There’s frequently no napkins in the containers on the counter and no TP or hand-soap in the bathroom.

Worst service for Starbucks in Manhattan. I have been to all the Starbucks in the Theatre district and this one consistently has the least friendly staff of any Starbucks in the area. Some staff were helpful, but most really didn't care if you got your order. To make this location worse, this outlet is always crowded with fairly long line ups. The location one block over on 47th and 8th Ave is much less crowded and has much more helpful staff.
