Mobile ordered 10 minutes in advance, noticed it wasn’t ready when I arrived, waited another 15 minutes before asking an employee who said “it isn’t ready yet” without even knowing my order or name. It was literally a cold brew. I left without my order because I couldn’t miss my train. Starbucks needs to hire more people.

I've ordered here before and each time I've gotten extremely sick. I thought maybe it was something else i ate that could have done it. That was until i ordered a drink from them today and it tasted completed spoiled. I've notice the staff not wearing gloves and using their bare hands to cover the top of the drink.The Health dept. should definitely investigate this location and the staff.

Grandeur interior with perfect location around the NY Times Square and great hospitality makes this place one of the preferred choice for grabbing a coffee or take a break during your travel course around Times Square.Don't be surprised to get a No if your looking for Free restroom visit as that perhaps is the usual case of other stores in the area too. I gave the worker 20$ for my 7$ venti matcha frappe drink,And they only cashed in $10 and proceeded to only give me two dollars back, and when I told them that they took my extra 10 and put it in the register- they wouldn’t give me it back and said that it would be too much work to recount the entire register and gave me attitude, I lost 13$ because they couldn’t bother to count on the register. Awful attitude, even though I asked nicely for it back. I wouldn’t recommend giving cash to this register because they clearly do not know how to count. This worker went under the name of Chris, at the grand central starbucks station.

Nice, clean spacious store, some staffs are supper friendly. Always get order kind of quickly too which is all great. But I feel like most staffs in this store does not know how to make a cappuccino properly and need training. The quality/quantity of the cappuccino I have each time is different and not consistent. Though this consistency adds into my morning daily some thrills when i try my coffee "what will the coffee be today?" the feeling of winning a lottery must be similar to when i try the coffee and realizing the cup of coffee today taste GREAT and was made properly! Lol... If i order a cappuccino i don't hope the staff pour full jar of frosted milk in my cup, Otherwise I would order a latte already. Love this store, so convenience for me to go there every morning for coffee and lunch time. I hope the quality can be improved and stay consistently

Possibly the worst designed starbucks ive ever step foot in. Walk in, and the queue for ordering and the group of people waiting for their order is all mixed together. So you end up having to ask everyone whos already ordered if they ordered or if they are waiting on the queue line. My suggestion: put down a few stickers that say “line starts here” on the floor that cost no more than a few dollars. This starbucks is a mess.
