We are French, nothing to say about the quality of the product that we know except we were greeted with disdain the waitress did not understand that we were looking for what we wanted, when she asked us the size we did not know the name exact sizes she huffed, rolling her eyes to the sky and made no effort. This Starbucks should be avoided if you are a tourist

SERIOUSLY!!! It's 12:56pm on Thanksgiving Day. I wanted to treat myself to a pumpkin latte ( delicious) and a chocolate brownie. I ordered the latte which was very tasty but there was a lot of room left for more actual coffee. That is not the issue, the damn brownie which I looked forward to NEVER arrived!! I waited, sat down, and used the stopwatch on my phone after waiting at least a minute before timing it. 4:50 minutes later, NO brownie. I asked for a refund which I got it, $9.95 and I left pissed on Thanksgiving Day!! FYI: I left a 20% tip, unreal!! Would I go back? Hard to say.

I was parched so I stopped by the next starbucks I saw. The interior is clean and modern. There were 2 people waiting to order before me. I waited maybe 3-5 minutes before it was my turn to order. But...as I stepped up to the counter, they decided to do a drawer change...without any word or comment. 5 minutes passed, and one of the employees then said "it'll just be a few more minutes". It seemed like they were having trouble with a code or something. The lady that took my order was nice. I got two drinks and it was good, like standard Starbucks but it also took awhile for me to get my drink.
Bad manners and attitude of person serving me was beyond disrespectful.

Amazing quality and service! I choose to come here every morning because of their incredible staff. They are personable, welcoming, and warm - it makes my day! The store is always cleanly, my coffee is always great, and their Manager is wonderful.

Went there on Sunday and noticed one of the employees being stellar. Didn’t catch her name unfortunately. Not only on a great mood and treating everyone so kindly and respectfully but also, being able to keep things moving even with a huge inflow of orders!
