My favorite coffee is Americano. They have many test note coffee choose from. And each day the shop brings in special coffee beans to use in making coffee.There isn't much space in the store. I usually only go pick up.

This group and location is my favorite. Despite lots of impossible-to-please, grumpy tourists and local riff-raff stealing their tip jar they stay super friendly and the coffee/espresso is always top-notch.

Stumptown has good coffee but the management is awful. The manager targets employees and picks favorites. You will get reprimanded for any little thing unless you’re in her inner circle of favorites. Then you can get away with being incredibly late, having terrible customer service, and being generally unpleasant. The staff is all unhappy and the manager is unprofessional, rude, and will target employees personalities if she doesn’t like them personally.

Small space, perfect for a quick stop. Both the drip and the cortado we had were amazing! And I would definitely recommend the lemon honey cornbread slice, it was delicious! The drinks already come standard with oat milk, but that would've been our choice anyway, so it worked great!

Beautiful shop in great location. Their machine was down so three of us had drip coffee and agreed it was one of the best we had on our trip. I bought some beans which I’m really looking forwards to trying!Would really recommend this place!

This is my first coffee in new york city. The day after I arrived in nyc, I come in stumptown coffee roasters, I addicted in this latte. I recommend latte, and vanilla latte.I miss this cafe, and I miss new york city..

1/1 Ambience; 1.5/2 Beverages; 1/1 Service; 0.5/1 Value I stumbled in one early morning in a panic trying to find a strong quality coffee in Midtown minutes before I was scheduled to take a medical licensing exam. The cafe was almost empty at 7 AM, but the barista recognized and acknowledged my panic and she was so helpful in navigating an appropriate drink for me. She was also super quick in preparing it. The service was impeccable! This location is in the lobby of the ACE hotel, and was rather pretty with elegant wood details and lots of big windows for natural light. There is limited standing space by the windows and no space to sit down. It does seem like a pleasant space to be in and people-watch for some moments. I asked the barista on her opinion of the strongest beverage that I could sip throughout the day, so she gave me an iced latte with a double shot. The espresso flavor was rich, but not as robust as I normally like. Combined with testing anxiety, I think it's safe to say I was pretty wired even after 8 hours of testing! While the coffee is good, I do think the price:size ratio is steep even for Midtown. I forgot to take photos in the rush and anxiety, but I'll probably be back given the wonderful service and experience!
