I visited Subway in New York City in October 2023 and had the pleasure of trying their Veggie Patty sub, and I must say it was a delightful experience. Reopened Subway place. Typical Subway sandwiches. Not very crowded. I liked the food and service there.
Basically don't know how to prepare your order. Not sure if they even knew what my order was as I repeated 3 times I wanted a chopped salad they still didn't chop it. Unfriendly staff. Gave them a few chances ... Not going there again...

I was in the area on a Sunday afternoon and needed a quick meal so decided to go here plus most other places were actually closed. Despite the low reviews this place was not bad. There was one employee working but was friendly and made the sandwich exactly how I wanted so not complains here. Only downside is that the AC inside the location wasn't the best but was ok keep in mind it was o LT about 76 degrees outside can't imagine how it would be once the temperature reaches 90's. Also the way the tables are positioned the seating is very tight but it's not that bad but little rearranging would definitely help! I would come back here again for a quick sandwich.

There was a sign hanging that proclaimed " new thinly sliced Turkey " and I thought how the hell could the meat get any skimpier!The gentleman started putting toppings on my sandwich before I spoke.Anyway, that was my experience.
