The lady on the reception who was taking the order. I Ask Her to cut off the veggies and can you just mix it? That's what I do every time I go to Subway and mostly i eat everyday in a week. I take Subway food around 3 or 4 times and she was saying that she cannot cut it. There is no way, this is the new method now. We don't cut vegetables now. So first of all, if they don't wanna work fire, these kind of employees? I also have a Subway franchises, I would never tolerate this kind of things and behavior. In my opinion this was horrible plus, when I was eating over there, the guy was sweeping all over the floor I asked him to do it after i m done eating my food? He was kept on sweeping the floor and you won't believe it. I was getting the dirt in my mouth. And I can feel that crunchy flavor in my food because the whole dirt was getting into my food. If you don't believe it pull out the camera roll at that moment of time I literally left the store throwing my food in garbage.Check the camera. This is the worst experience I've ever had. And I don't wanna be rude in this case but, if you don't feel that you cannot handle the store, sell it to me, reply down below. I will take the offerDon't sell bad experience with stupid employees

I visited Subway in New York City in October 2023 and had the pleasure of trying their Veggie Patty sub, and I must say it was a delightful experience. There's only one Subway sandwich shop left in the West Village and this is, unfortunately, the one. It advertises pickup or delivery yet when I called today the person said 'oh no, we don't do delivery'. 2 other Subway shops in the West Village recently closed as its prices go higher and higher. No thanks.

It’s raining outside and the floor is really muddy and gross. A customer knocked over the cup lids and the lids were on the floor everywhere. The subway guy just picked these dirty lids up and put them back on the shelf, as if they were not on the gross muddy ground a second ago. There’s other unpleasant experience I had here earlier but those are not comparable to this. I will warn everyone: the customer service is horrible, the hygiene condition is so bad, and I overheard that they 1. don’t take coupons 2. suspiciously charge higher just one day after a precious customer bought the same item

Even though the man who worked there was very nice and helpful, my order online, which was even confirmed, was out when we arrived there, and zero progress had been made on our submarine sandwiches. Although it was apparently not the employee's fault, it is absolutely inexcusable for a system to operate that allows this. If I could give zero stars, I would.
