The worst subway ever been tooo.The guy was very rude. Wanted extra money for extra sauces and won't do more than 3 toppings. We were ready to pay extra for it we are 10 of us. I won't ever come back to this subway and also would like the corporate to know that this is the only subway that i have been asked about extra price for sauces and won't do more than 3 veggies. This was on 1st may 2024 late night about 11:55 pm. I refused to get sandwiches he made, and i would do it 50 more times if this is what subway does. The guy kicked us out and said he would call cops

We came here at 12 am after our flight, long wait at the baggage claim, and long Uber ride. The food was just like every other subway I’ve been to. The service was not exceptional but for midnight, it was pretty good. The worker did seem annoyed when we said that we wanted to do dine in after he assumed to put our sandwiches in to go bags. We were the only ones in the store as others also came and ordered.Vegetarian options: You can customize your own sandwich, excluding meat. There might be cross contamination though so watch out.Dietary restrictions: Stay away if you have a gluten allergy or diabetes because of the bread.Parking: Some street parkingKid-friendliness: Good for kids. Order was wrong, overcharged, wasn't given a receipt, and the manager was rude to me on the phone when I called to see about correcting the order. Worst Subway experience I've ever had.

Most horrible Subway location ever. Very rude and inept workers. Screaming at us for trying to use a free sub QR code that Subway sent us. And even threatened to call the police if we didn't leave. Little to no English spoken, which exacerbated the problem. Never, ever go to this location.

I have asked for a bigger sandwich and she gave me a 6inch. When I was told by person order was for that it was only half and got back to ask for full one both of employees started yelling at me saying I can only order another one. Since I am a foreigner it was my second time ordering and I didn't figure out it was small while she was making it. This all happened at 11:30 on 9th of January aka today and both of employees kept loudly talking to eachother on foreigner language. Don't ever go here, service it terrible and everything looks dirty!

I have NEVER asked a cashier "how much is it" while I got my cash out and they responded with"you're here every fucking day you know how much it is" and I was confused as heck. I am not complaining about the food at this restaurant but the attention of a boy who treated me with a despicable attitude and lack of respect. New York City welcomes many tourists and also many Latinos who do not speak English, so if one He doesn't know how to say things, don't treat us badly, as customer service they have to treat the costumer with respect and kindness.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Terrible service. They messed up my order, and then they wanted me to pay for an entire new sub because they messed up. I was very reasonable and nice, but they still did not comply. Never going back.

The food is good as always the service as awful. The woman was unwilling to help and when preparing the sándwiches she wouldnt follow the safety procedures. One custemor ask for olives but she mistake and put them over the lettuce of another when told she took off the olives from the first sandwich and put it in the second! She wouldnt change gloves between subs!

It’s 5:55 pm and the main guy working the counter had a horrible attitude to me and my partner. He refused to even give me a bag and then finally threw it at me and I’m a paying customer. If you want bad attitude with your food then this location is the right spot.
