This is a fun place to visit. It's not your standard bakery it an experience. The staff are friendly , the woody & kitty are very good. When you visit you must look at the wall closely. The tshirts are hysterical.

My biggest qualm about Sugar Wood is that they don’t pick up their trash. It makes the surrounding area look incredibly filthy. Their trash is poorly disposed of and RATS are in and out of the store esp at night. I mean c’mon..I have called Sugar Wood multiple times to ask them to please pick up their trash but it continues to be a problem..

We don’t live in NY so I had these shipped for a 40th birthday party. Box 1came in 2 days. One of the boxes was late and being held up so sugar wood called me to let me know and sent another box that arrived in 2 days for the inconvenience. Great customer service. They taste delicious and awesome quality. Will be getting more for my sisters bachelorette
