Setting: Centered near the Hudson Yards Shops and the Vessel, Suram features a dimly lit ambiance with tones of black, silver, and gold. Service: Kind waitstaff and the food came out at an expected pace for a sushi/ramen spot. Food: I got the sake don (salmon bowl - $29) and the spicy avocado crunch roll ($10). Both were at a great value, especially for the location and the flavor. Can't wait to return!

We passed by this restaurant after the national college fair yesterday. Seeing the fine deco/atmosphere, we wanted to give it a try. Everything is beyond our expectations here. The chicken shoyu ramen and spicy tantan were prepared perfectly. The broth and toppings are even better than other famous ramen places in the city. Their service is also top north.

Found this place to eat after attending the International Beauty Show and I’m so thankful that I did! The food is delicious and the presentation is beautiful! Plenty of seating inside at the bar if you are alone and also tables for 2 people or more. The sushi was delicious and Takayuki was the best I’ve ever had! The ramen selection is small but delicious and surprised to see vegan/vegetarian options! The staff were very friendly and attentive as well. I can’t recommend this place enough!Vegetarian options: Impossible ramen
