I've been coming here since they opened and at least once a year for special occasions. Unfortunately the quality seems to have significantly declined.Got the omakase. The tuna didn't taste fresh. Maybe my palate was off? There were 2 bones in the salmon. That's unacceptable.The house soy sauce and wasabi were nice.

Wow what an experience! Everything was so fresh and prepared to perfection. The sommelier was patient and knowledgeable and we got lucky enough to have chef Nozomu for our omakase, who was seriously funny & made the experience feel like performance art.Dietary restrictions: They were so kind accommodating my gluten allergy and made things with gluten free options or substitutions.

Went here for a birthday dinner with my wife. We were very excited and Sushi Noz did not disappoint. This is far more than a meal. It was an experience. We also opted for the beverage pairing, which I would highly recommend. We spent a little more than two hours enjoying every single bite and every little sip. Unlike some tastings we have been to, we sis not leave hungry! Thank you to the chef and his AMAZING staff for creating memory for us!

Noz the namesake is never there. Too much fusion. It’s not edomae. The shari is just so strongly it ruins all the neta. Beautiful interior tho but main seating is very tight and uncomfortable.
