Horrible service for forgetting putting the protein in more than once. Also the wait time can be extremely long during Christmas / new year holiday season since they are short of

Solid lunch option spot. Can be super crowded and hectic during lunch time but it’s not their fault it’s popular. Always order in advance via app for pick up.

Yes, this sweetgreen can get incredibly crowded and busy, but the line moves pretty quickly if you decide to order at the counter. During the work week for lunch, I always order through the app ahead of time. 85% of the time, my order is ready on time. They have botched my order a few times but customer service is great and will credit me. There is no seating here as it's a hot spot for midtown workers to grab and go. There are tables on the sidewalk outside, so that is an option if the weather is bearable. There are also public tables/chairs on the same block as grand central terminal, across the other side of 45th Ave, along Vanderbilt, as an additional option.

Quality control issues. Nothing worse than eating a harvest bowl and biting into multiple pieces of onion. How does it even end up in there? Also my salad was swimming in olive oil even though I selected a medium portion. I’ve been having Harvest Bowls for years but it seems like the quality and consistency have gone down. Difficult to justify a $15 salad when it’s made so sloppily.

Ordered online at 1:40pm for pick-up and got the food 40-45 minutes later.

Found a bug in my meal. I did not ask for the extra protein.... I would not purchase again.

I visited this location on a Monday around 2 pm and they were so busy! I ordered ahead for pickup at 2:15 becuase I knew I would be tight on time. However, I looked at the wrong train schedule and so I actually arrived to Grand Central at 1:30. I got to Sweetgreen 30 minutes earlier than my pickup time and I kindly asked if there is any way possible they would be able to process my order early. The manager was very nice and said they can try to have it done early. I was fully prepared to wait 30 minutes until my actual pickup time, since that was my fault and I could see they were extremely busy!! About 3 minutes later a worker came out with my order and I was in shock! These workers were all so kind and working so hard, I just really appreciated their professionalism and timeliness!!!

Ordered on the app and pickup was @12:15, waited 40 mins and didn't get my salad. Had to ask the front to make my salad.

I love SG but this place is so crowded, I couldn't get anywhere near the shelves where my food was located. I had to leave and get food elsewhere. Felt like a FEMA site, with people waving their hands and pushing up against one another. Never again.

This shop is located on VANDERBILT between 45th and 46th, to the left of the Urban space entrance and across from Uncle Paul’s pizza.

The location on Google maps vs real life is completely different - funny enough I was not the only person lost at the same time. Food is good but in a bowl with chicken there is literally like 4 small pieces of meat and the rest is leaves of spinach. Step up your game for this price $$$

Please add salad and toppings to the dressing. I had more dressing than anything else on the plate and didn’t taste anything else.Concept of serving unprocessed food definitely great though.
