Definitely one of the most poorly-run Sweetgreen branches I’ve visited. The shelves for pickup orders are not even being used by the staff which makes the whole pickup process totally pointless. Also very not friendly employees. Do yourself a favor and go to another branch.

Unfortunately this is not one of Sweetgreen's stellar locations. The first time I ordered for pickup from this location (two weeks ago) some of the produce in my Crispy Rice Bowl (my fave) was slimy and rotten. The dressing was separate so I know it wasn't from the dressing. The chicken was also inconsistent with other locations. Instead of bite-sized pieces it was very large and fatty chunks. I've never had such a disappointing pickup order with Sweetgreen.Then today I went in to order in person, hoping for a better outcome. I walked in at 9:35pm to find the food and serving utensils mostly cleaned up for closing and not enough ingredients available to do more than make a salad of lettuce, apples, and avocados. Since closing isn't until 10pm I'd hoped it would still be possible to order until 9:40pm or even 9:45pm.

The girl who is working today doesn't even pay attention to serving me. There were no customers. I went to pick up an order. I was waiting for more than 10 minutes. She just moved like a messenger there and never gave me my order.If you are having a bad day, you better not work.

Super delicious! Truly a great, healthy, and quick lunch meal. I decided to try one of their new hot honey chicken plates and was very pleasantly surprised! The chicken was flavorful though I wish I could taste the honey a little more. The sauce was PERFECTION and really complimented the whole bowl. They definitely don't go light on servings and make sure to stuff the bowl. I ordered through the app to-go and everything was ready right one time.

This is probably the worst sweetgreen location I ever been to. The staff there didn’t even ask how much dress I needed, and continue to pour a huge amount. Worst of all, the salads there doesn’t seem well prepared. I would rather go to meatpacking location or the one on Bowery street
I had the worst experience at this location. The protein and rice was not ready so I asked if they knew what time it could be ready and they said no we don’t know and gave me attitude. When I also asked them to put a side they would breathe heavily and sigh after any request. I usually have great experiences at sweetgreen but this location made me want to never eat sweetgreen again. They were also just talking amongst themselves and were half ignoring me when I was ordering.

Tonight I saw her working the line all by herself, making three meals simultaneously while being super friendly and cool with everyone. If anyone from management reads this, this is someone you should value and promote.
