The "hole in the wall" is complimented by one cashier and one chef. The place is authentic along with the food. The food is made to order, fresh and delicious! There are about 2 tables and 4 stools and a long table to eat on. The wait can range from 10-12 minutes because of its freshness, but it's worth it. In this unassuming but festive taqueria, someone in the tiny kitchen behind the counter cares about quality, flavor and heritage and they are devotedly creating authentic and delicious regional Mexican dishes. This evening I was tantalized by a delectable and tender adobo de pollo with the perfect amount of heat. I've also enjoyed their burritos and tortas as well as their fresh salads. I look forward to trying their mole.

This is my go-to taco spot when I’m in the area. The servers / folks at the counter are nice, and the food is awesome — it’s so tasty, and you can tell they use quality, fresh ingredients. The place is tight and a little pricey, but neither of those things are uncommon in this neighborhood.
