The Shoyu Ramen with added Nori seaweed hit the spot and was perfect. The mixture of the soy sauce and chicken broth was delicious. The chicken version was charbroiled and added to the layers of flavor. It also comes with pork, if desired. The kikurage mushrooms are also very good. I would highly recommend this dish and literally ate every last drop!

Within the Washington heights area, this ramen place is amazing. It gets really busy because the food is good! The quality of the food is really great. The noodles for the ramen are fresh and rich. Their ramen broth is also great, my favorite is the shio based ramen. The food is served quickly for the most part. They are great at recommending what new things to try on the menu. I kept forgetting to write a review, however I really love this place. They are also kid friendly which is the best part.
Best ramen I’ve had so far. The dining area is tiny but the food makes up for it! Try the Enter the Dragon (if you’re daring enough) or Spicy Miso. Thank me later!

The waitress is really nice. The food is amazing: the miso ramen and the bao buns are really good you, should get one chicken and one pork. It’s a small place that puts out big flavors!
I have to be honest this ramen is very mediocre. There aren’t many places in wahi to compare to but compared to what you get downtown this ramen is nothing to write home about. I had the spicy miso and it wasn’t spicy at all, egg was overcooked and char siu was not high quality and felt lacking. Overall the broth could use more flavor as well, was not very hot, and did not taste authentic. Service was slow but it was new years so they should get a break for that. Nothing was bad per say, just disappointed based on the reviews I expected more. If you have a ramen kick in the area I guess its a good spot to go since there aren’t options but would not go out of my way to come here.

I have been ordering or dining in since they opened and they continue to be delicious and fresh. For those complaining about the eggs, take note that the eggs are marinated and so have a tangy umami flavor. I personally dream of these eggs till I can get them again…And as for the ramen, it’s some of the best, cleanest broth I’ve had. I’m not sure how much more “flavor” you can pack into it as some reviewers mention. The flavor is concentrated pure broth—SUBLIME!!!
Pretty good stuff
