Abraham the owner really came through for my son's 2nd Birthday! He went above and beyond with getting me the cake I wanted and he did it with such professionalism and care. We are so grateful! THANK YOU!!

I’ve order the same sandwich 3 days in a row and everyday it’s been wrong. I order tuna on wheat with lettuce tomatoes and provolone - not toasted. Day 1 - white bread toasted with no cheese, Day 2 - wheat bread toasted, Day 3 - white bread toasted. They are terrible and food is only mediocre. This isn’t the first time they screw up orders but I’ll be finally going some place else. I’ve really tried to want to keep going here but this was the final straw..

People are nice but food is ridiculous. If you want to spend nearly $8 for a BEC with raw bacon that you have to remove go for it. I wish I could say it was a one time thing but if you do not insist they burn your bacon they will give you UNCOOKED raw bacon on your sandwich. You're better off at one of the many other delis around with much cheaper sandwiches that actually cook their food.

Nice food, quick services. The guys are inpatient af, but the girls on the cash desk are sweet and nice.

My company's go-to, 24 hour deli on Grubhub! Would I come here for dinner? Probably not.. but it satisfies for lunch. Their delivery guy is always warm and friendly, so even when they're late (which is often, but understandable due to lunch rush) - I can't be sad. They have lots of food and drink options ranging from various, breakfast omelettes, juices/smoothies/coffees, soups, sandwiches, salads, candy, desserts, burgers, halal, bagels, and much more! Their omelettes are a popular choice for my coworkers, though, sometimes the egg isn't as fluffy. My favorites are their sweet potato tater tots, create your own salads, and vegan chopped cheese. Plenty of seating inside.

Hands down best deli downtown Manhattan!!! Doesn't matter what anyone says this is the goto spot to get what ever your craving at any hour. I can never get enough. Phenomenal family owned business that I hope to see thriving for a very long time.

Terrible service, the night cook it's rude and aggressive. After rushing me to put my order in, he made me wait 15 mins and got it wrong and then when I told him that's not what I had ordered he told me that if I was going to cry because of it, and asked me if I wanted the sandwich or not. I was surprised to hear that reaction, and just froze. Then he said "you know what forget it" threw away the food and said he doesn't have anymore. The guy manning the cashier laughed

My office is close by; so I stop by fairly regularly for breakfast and coffee. Both for regulars and visitors to the area it is a good 24 hour option if you need a beverage or snack. Like any good deli operation in NYC, team of old timer cooks at the grill will prepare meals quickly to go or to stay. They have a nice selection of desserts (that I cannot indulge in; but more power to you if you can have sweets). Accessible premises.
