My experience was wonderful from start to finish. I was greeted warmly by Egypt and had wonderful time at the bar with Melissa. The conversation was warm and lively and her bartending skills are some of the best in the city. Melissa is an absolute asset to the team. (I should mention that Jonathan was friendly and jovial as well) As for my meal, everything was outstanding and our server, Caitlyn, was aces. Based on this visit alone, it's easy to see why Capital Grille is one of the jewels in our neighborhood. I look forward to my next visit.
The last and also first time dining here was here was prior to COVID-19. The dinner I just had here was an amazing experience, one I won't forget. Kyle, our waiter, was outstanding and such a great person to talk to the next time I'm going i'm asking for him.

Efren and team delivered superior service. He was very detailed and explaining the menu options and specials. Our every need was attended to, and we will absolutely return again in the near future. Wanted to also pay a compliment to the manager who was very helpful with a gift card that we had used.

I used to eat here years ago because of its convenient proximity to Grand Central Station. I live in the city, but I have a lot of customers who live in the suburbs. Had dinner last night, and the food was subpar. To make matters worse, the asparagus side was raw. I sent it back and told them to take it off the bill. When the check came, the side was still on there. Didn't complain because we had to be somewhere else, no time. I understand that is not a reason to write a totally negative review, hence the 3 starts. In my opinion, its just not as upscale as it once was. For the price, I expect more. If you're ordering a $72 filet mignon, you should have top-notch service and food. Didn't hit the mark.

Hosted a private dinner for my company and we loved it. Space was great, staff was on top of everything and the service was amazing. Food came out fast and they were very accommodating. They did rush us out of there since our time was up which I completely understand but we didn't even get a chance to eat our dessert we paid for and didn't get a chance to order an after dinner drink. Micheal and Danny were great waiters!

This place hasn't changed since I started going they always take care of you and the food is amazing never had a bad meal staff bends over backwards for you nice to see you still can't get your moneys worth

Staple NYC steakhouse! Visited on a Thursday evening after work. Lovely holiday decorations and music. Sat upstairs, very comfy booth, super friendly waiter (gave us complimentary champagne).Food was delicious, some of the best mashed potatoes I've ever had. The cream spinach was very lack luster though! Lamb was flavorful and tender, lobster bisque was super creamy.

First class service. Amazing food. Lobster bisque was OMG. Halibut had huge chunks of perfectly cooked thick fish. Can’t say enough. Absolutely loved it !!!

Disappointed treat, over priced, food was ok, some dishes over cooked, tasteless, daughter burnt hand on skillet and they offer a burn cream, dishes not cleared before main, risotto mushy and over cooked which we also mentioned and then the bill & £400 for two disappointing courses and a bottle of wine! Server uninterested, would not want to spend another $400 dollars
