Not sure why this has such a good rating. It’s fine for the uws. But it’s loud, the music is lousy and the tv is on. No real character or charm but the drinks are serviceable.

This establishment has so much potential! However, the horrible smell is a major dettarant! It smells like old fryer oil and the place has no ventilation. The bussers and barbacks do nothing but sit around, eat and play on their phones while the bartender is stuck doing it all. Maysa, the bartender on all nights I have been, has been awesome and super friendly. My coat still smells like this place

Oh boy. Avoid this spot at all costs. Food and drinks are so overpriced and flavorless. I ordered the espresso martini and it just tasted like bitter coffee mixed with vodka. I couldn't taste any coffee liqueur or simple syrup. In fact, I watched the bartender make it and he didn't use any! Why put a drink on the menu - if you don't know how to make it correctly? I spent $20 bucks on an espresso shot with vodka poured directly into it. I could've made that at home for free. The fries were disgusting and tasted like they had brought me what they had leftover from the bottom of the potato sack. Each individual fry was so tiny and it felt like I was eating crumbs. No flavor. No salt - nothing. Service was beyond subpar. No one would come over or regularly check on how we were. We had to hunt down someone anytime we needed ketchup, napkins, etc. I will never spend my hard earned money here again. Ambiance is pretty and chic - but what's it worth if the food and service are awful?

Went in very unexpectedly for a Sat brunch, pep pizza was awesome! Drinks were strong and tasty. Bartender Maya was very sweet and so funny! Will definitely come back and recommend!

Shame on the cleaning lady.My pregnant wife fainted and fell on her stomach right outside; the cleaning lady refused to let her sit inside while an ambulance came. While my wife writhed in pain, she was repeatedly told to leave. An utter lack of humanity.Shame on you.

$13 for a "happy hour" glass of wine. the pizza was terrible and was giving frozen section of walmart. maysa the bartender was unpleasant and unhelpful (truly horrible) and the entire time we felt like an inconvenience to her. please do not waste your time + money coming to this place

Place looks nice when you walk in, went downhill from there. Server made us feel guilty for being there, her attitude was atrocious. Also menu has a bunch of “specialty cocktails” that they don’t know how to make. Bees Knees was essentially a spiked lemonade and the whiskey sour tasted like a screwdriver. Not worth your time or money.

2nd visit and more to come. Peaceful fun vibes. Alfie (bartender) made it epic. Love the instrumental chandeliers.

Very friendly and clean place. Bathrooms very clean, fast service and very tasty selection of food. Best part happy hour is from 3pm -6pm and the happy hour menu includes beer, wines and appetizers. Worth a visit, directly across from strawberry fields in central park.Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant has wheelchair access in all entrances
