Googled Fernando’s hideaway and this olaces phone # came up on goggle. I called and the gentleman that picked up was so rude, if this place gets a ton of calls for another restaurant put a complaint in with google, don’t take it out on potential customers because now I will never try this place out off the phone experience I just had.

I went there last Saturday. Bartender was extremely rude. Yelled in my face for asking for another drink. Wouldn't go again

Food is always great , and as a regular of 3 years out of all the bartenders the one with the ponytail is always rude and snotty . Eric and the others are always nice and sweet and very friendly ! However he is just very nasty and probably racist…all other guest weren’t subjected to tip but somehow it was “annoying” that i didnt tip because of his drowsy mood . I ALWAYS tip the others , especially the fact that im a regular i have a great time always but this particular one seems to hate his job and the people of color that he may serve..great place but this bartender has to go . He literally said “ you never tip me and its getting annoying now “ with dramatic sighs…if you hate your job then QUIT . I have a well paying job and my money is just as green as others so why cant my services be the same ? Ridiculous!!!! Smh . Definitely unpleasant…i hate it though because the place really is great ! I spend great money there !! There should be no reason to be treated this way . Customer service is EVERYTHING !

Quiet low key spot in Tribeca that you can grab a pretty good burger and beer. The wings are very good as well.

This secrets spot ... is AMAZING!!!!! The happy hour, the bartender Michael, the music ... you can't bottle this kind of NYC on a bet! Highly recommend if you like a great time at a great cost

What a cute little place. We popped in based on a friends recommendation.Lex, the bartender was amazing. He gave us suggestions for food and drink. The crab looked great but decided on the shrimp and Cole slaw. So good. Will be back next time we are in town to try the famous quesadilla!

We stopped here twice on a recent trip to NYC, and it might be my new favorite Manhattan bar. Nice folks, cozy setting, snacks, and great bartenders making great drinks.

Mean bartender, doesn't give a shit about service. Slow, zero attempt to make it better. Brought food out for guys who should up 10 min after.
