I was stuck there for hours waiting for the check and the chairs are uncomfortable. The drinks were small and expensive and the food wasn't appetising.

Didn't expect it but, The LCL: Bar & Kitchen was actually awesome. The LCL: Bar & Kitchen is a hidden treasure. Only quality. Such a great menu, it was extremely hard to choose, but I am really happy that I had Pulled BBQ & Sriracha Chicken Quesadilla. Workers ensured every thing was ok. Glad to see a place like this in this area.

Not up to the mark

Work paid for me to get drunk here (AKA happy hour). I enjoyed the fruity green cocktails we got, but they didn't really accomplish the task (then again, it takes a lot for me to get hammered). Service wasn't bad, but then, we were a party of big deals. If I'd been here on my own...well, I'll probably never come here on my own.

Good food, reasonably priced.

Nothing special super dark bar. The whole establishment is infamous: they included automatic 20% tip in the bill. So whether you got a good service or mediocre service - you are obliged to tip. When we called the manager to tell him it's unlawful and misleading bot to mention this automatic change in tye menu, the dude with attitude asked: "I heard, you have a problem with tipping?" He explained that they pay little to their staff so it's our responsibility to provide for their salary. Tipping is okay but let me tip because I enjoyed the service. If you want to include automatic tip, you should indicate this in menu or when people enter your place. I hope you get in trouble one day with costumer right kaw protection because your business practice is deceptive!

Waitress was nice but seemed swamped. Food came not cold but close. Quality was okay but not something to write home about.

Food was as expected. Not bad not excellent. Service was less than subpar... and no surprise there considering there's an automatic 20% gratuity. They don't even have to earn it. We were disappointed.

Only here cuz I have a “complimentary” food voucher. Why else would you spend $40 for breakfast here? Note: Quotations on complimentary because you are spending $29 per night on destination fees.

The a la carte breakfast menu was not available on a recent morning due to computer issues. The buffet was the only option. It was a full buffet but nothing special. Take a look at the bill. It is a $35/person buffet and a 20% service charge of $7.00 is automatically added to the bill. With the requisite taxes added it, the bill for one person at breakfast is $45.73. Forget that all the server does here is bring coffee and the guest has to do all the rest of the work. Better, cheaper breakfasts can be had footsteps away at any coffee shop nearby. Shame on the Westin for taking advantage of hotel guests that just want to eat in the hotel for convenience. Don't even get me going about the slow bad service and expensive cocktails in the evening at this place.

The food was excellent. Portion sizes were very large. The grilled cheese was amazing - buttery sourdough bread, delicious cheese, tomatoes and bacon. I'll be craving this grilled cheese for some time to come!

Stopped by after 11 one night and had to wait about 20 minutes before our order was taken. We had to wait another ten minutes before our drinks arrived. The drinks were very good but expensive ($18 for a cocktail). The kitchen closes at 10 so no food was available. The bar shut down at midnight! There are a lot better options in the area.
