Best Noodles in the City! While my heart will always be with the Handpulled Noodle further uptown, but this one came THROUGH when I lived in East Harlem for grad school.Dietary restrictions: Great place for vegetarian noodles and dumplings!
My friend and I came for a weekday lunch. We were the only ones eating here; this spot mostly has a strong delivery and takeout game, it seems. The eat-in spot is fairly bare and counter seating. The menu is short but well curated. You can order on a tablet, which shows pictures and lets you choose spiciness levels. (The hottest level is described as incredibly strong.) I got delivery and it was so quick, and I can’t believe how good it is. The dumpling wrappers are so fresh and the perfect thickness, are cooked perfectly. Lots of juicy flavorful pork inside. The broth is incredible, and so complex and flavorful, spicy tangy and rich. Delicious fresh scallions and cilantro. The scallion pancakes are perfectly crisp. Can’t wait to try more of the menu.
