Thank you to the Protein Bakery! I placed an order for Valentines Day and didn’t get the shipment details, I followed up with a phone call, they were able to verify that It was gonna arrive on time and when it wasn’t they found away to make my Valentines special for me and my partner. Couldn’t thank them for that and nothing but great words to and high praises for the how incredibly tasting the baked goods were. Will be ordering regularly and frequently until they expand! Highly recommend it all.

I'll start by saying that I've been wanting to come here for a long time (2 months). I'll start with the service: Siljian, who's one of the two people who work in the store (the other being the owner) is extremely nice and super knowledgeable about the product. He explained the difference between the items on the menu and the different bakery goods that they had. He was really patient and answered all my questions, which was much appreciated. The store itself is super clean, there's enough lighting and the space is utilized effectively. I love the vibe because it felt like a special bakery! Now the product itself. I only purchased blondies. I bought two large, and two small and Siljian threw in the pumpkin for free. The coconut walnut chocolate chip one was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed them so much when they were colder so definitely consider giving them a shot (in the fridge)

The treats were excellent, quality, flavor, not too sweet and truly delicious. However, I work for hisidic jews so I thought this would be a nice kosher treat to bring into the office, but unfortunately, this is not the correct kind of kosher, so it was a waste. KOF-K kosher is not the same as Pareve kosher, and the nice man who was working that day unfortunately did not know the difference.

Just tried the cookies. They're even better. Here are my favorites:1. Coconut/walnut/choc chip blondie.2. Almond brownie (this is super RICH. Only a once in awhile treat).3. Chocolate chocolate chip cookies (perfect balance of chocolate. Not too rich).4. Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.5. Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.

I went today all the wat to chelsea and it was closed! Even tho it shows open till 6pm. I was excited to try the high protein cookiesAlso they wont pick up the phone . Very disappointed

If you are calorie/carb conscious - yet still want to indulge in absolutely delicious treats - this is the place for you! I'm so happy to find guilt free options that won't totally sabotage my micro/macro daily intake. You don't feel as if you are consuming a "diet snack" or protein bar like "meal supplement". Simply flavorful, delightful baked goods - that happen to be protein inspired. Also, the owner is genuinely a kind soul!
I came here on my birthday for a treat that wouldn’t take me off track. This is it!! Everything tastes delicious. If you’re keto they use Maltitol. For low sugar folks it’s fine.

This bakery is delicious!!! I’m low carb low sugar and these fit right into my life! I ordered online which was super easy & super fast! They were recommended by a friend who lives in the area.The blondies are my favorite but I really liked the birthday blondie. I eat half and save the rest for the next day. Also the oatmeal raisin cookies and the ginger cookies! So good!!I have some in the freezer and add a little to my sugar free ice cream or yogurt for a special weekend treat. Great gift ideas too, I added them to holiday gifts and my friends and family really enjoyed them. And I didn’t have to do any baking! ?.
