Safe to say I will never visit this place ever again. Strongly recommend not going here. Waitress never returned to the table. Spoke to a member of staff about it very kindly to ask for the bill so that we could leave and he said sir no offense but everyone is outside and you are the only one inside. This guy calls another guy who approaches me and is like sir come outside we need to speak, I’m a tourist obvious so I felt threatened so I went and gave my girlfriend the phone to call the cops in case. They both defended the waitress and told me that I was wrong for having an issue or sitting inside. This was a very scary experience being called outside like that and he came into my face without wearing a mask. I do not recommend here at all!!!

Roof was great! It was a last minute decision to go and try it out later at night based on a recommendation from one of the locals. We didn't have a reservation so we weren't sure if we would even get a spot but the staff certainly made sure that we did!I love that it's tucked away and hidden. Once you enter the building, you are greeted by a doorman who takes you to the elevator. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and so cozy. The atmosphere is super cool and casual. The froze was one of the best that I've had. Service was exceptional. The views are for days.A perfect hip spot for a late night stop. Definitely worth a visit!

This place is a joke, high prices, not much on the menu, very rude and incompetent staff.

We stopped here after seeing the people on ground floor suggesting interest in The Roof. We stopped by tonight. Thought it would be great, but service was TERRIBLE. Especially from the bartender. Sitting next to the bar and being in the bar business for years, I had ordered an Aperol on ice with a water back. Well, the bartender made my partner's drink (a Hendricks & Tonic and poured a 1.5-1.75 oz shot of gin and made the drink. She then proceeded to make an Aperol Spritz (not what I had ordered). When waitress delivered drink, I mentioned that I wanted an Aperol on ice, she went back to bartender. Bartender poured the Spritz out and made a new drink. We could see that she was perturbed and she made the drink with about a .75 oz of Aperol. The pour was the same as the Spritz. Nevertheless, we left after a few minutes and after $42.00 plus tip. The remade drink was very poor and the attitude of the bartender was terrible. David, the manager, should be more attentive to what is happening. Sad situation for a new place with a nice view. However, training is definitely needed. We surely were not staying for a longer stay. No wonder that this place has mixed reviews.

Nice location, terrible terrible staff. Save yourself a regret and avoid this unfortunately managed spot.Just like the hotel is attached to, despite having a facade of class the experience is ruined by a handful of rotten staff members. The most recent experience prompting this review was so short lived I didn't even have a chance to enjoy a drink and the view. Despite requiring a valid key card to access, the "bouncer" on duty (I use this term loosely because A) this is attached to the hotel property and requires a key to access and B) when we arrived he was chatting with the female waitstaff inside the property) put his hands on me and pushed me to the front after I was greeted by members of the waitstaff. He then proceeded to, in a fashion more fitting for the dive bars I frequented in college than an alleged classy establishment, fondle my ID like it was his first clumsy encounter with a member of the opposite sex for 45 seconds and then shine a flashlight in my face.If you value your dignity and have a modicum of self respect, avoid this place like the plauge.
