If you're trying to decide between the smash burger and the patty melt, the burger is at least 100x better. The Brussels were good but they get soggy quick because they're sitting in sauce.Overall the food here is okay for American fare.Kinda fratty vibes in the bar, but if you're at a table it's a completely different atmosphere.

Mikey was the best server I’ve ever experienced at this establishment. It’s nice having true New Yorkers serve you in your hometown. I’m so excited to come back here. I hope Mikey works every single time I’m here. Cheers.

This place has a cool vibe and the burger is top-notch, no doubt about it. However, one day I found myself in an uncomfortable situation when a security guard reprimanded me for speaking loudly inside the bar, even though the background music was at a considerably high volume. It seems like some of the security here suffer from the infamous "small power syndrome," which is quite disheartening. It seems like the security staff here could benefit from some sensitivity training to ensure they're not unnecessarily making patrons feel uncomfortable. I hope management is attentive to these issues and takes steps to ensure that all customers feel welcome and safe.

Love this spot! Always stop by for a drink or two with friends after work. It has such an elegant but speakeasy vibe to it, and the drinks do not disappoint

The food is above average, nothing incredible but the drinks are! The hostess, not so much. It took her a while to even acknowledge us waiting after we tried grabbing her attention. She seemed to busy chitchatting with a coworker who was leaving (their shift being over?)Be a bit more attentive with the customers you put waiting because you want to just hang around with your coworker.

Things dont add up with this bar. Waited in line for 15-20 min which people confirmed thats normal there, the bouncer was on a power trip and said our group cut the line when two of our members just stepped to the side to smoke. And once we got inside, we realized we waited all that time for a regular bar. Music was not the focus here at all. Its really big groups come in and hole up at a table to chat.

Overhyped and overpriced. Con job for tourists and influencers.
i heard this was the spot to go if you wanna meet people in nyc & i would agree. (that is if you go in the evenings, would say after 8) and i know at least one person who met his girlfriend here.there’s usually a line on evenings but it moves fast. tends to be pretty crowded and can be hard to breathe lmao. relatively young ish crowd for the most part from what i’ve seen.they have a “speakeasy” with a DJ (i think at least on thursdays)they also have my fave drink of all time aka the penicillin so can’t complain too much

Bartender threw a lime at my head then overcharged me cause I spoke up for myself. Threatened to have the bouncer assault me. Will be filing a police report.
