Stopped in for an early dinner with a friend. We had a special called the "girl dinner" which is 4 items from the sides, appetizers, or dessert menu and two martinis for $80. We each had a Caesar Salad and split a side of roasted potatoes and a slice of carrot cake. It was a good deal and filling. We sat in the front of the restaurant and had a view of the street which was nice. Nothing really over the top but would definitely come back for happy hour.

I had a profoundly disappointing brunch here. The cappuccino was decent as was their Honeymoon cocktail but the Resurrection cocktail was unable to be consumed it was so atrocious. The burger was overcooked, underwhelming flavor-wise and ridiculously overpriced (even for New York standards). The staff was made aware of gluten and sesame allergies and twice brought the same dish with sesame bread to the table. I have zero confidence in this restaurant’s ability to serve allergy friendly food.

Update FEB 2024, EVERYTHING has improved with the Standard Hotel brunch.Food to table time has improved.If you get the pancakes cooked correctly, they are the best in the city, I think.Full review may come soon..

We had a horrible experience here a couple of weeks ago.We were sat outside and our waiter wrote down our order of 3 drinks. He came back 10 minutes later and asked us to repeat it. He finally came back 20 minutes later - with only 2 drinks, one of which was wrong and the other with pretty much his fingers all over it. We couldn't stand the punishment and had to leave without touching our drinks.Shameful since I was there with guests from London. Never again.

My husband and I came here for Valentines Day a couple of weeks ago, and have been thinking about it since! Everything was exceptional, from the steak and fries, to the service. And the host Chris was an unexpected and special touch to our evening. Thank you Chris and The Standard!
BEST BLT IVE EVER HAD! Though large so easily shared. Food was great! Service was great! Dining room is pretty with great light and great vibes. All around we had an amazing first visit. Would happily go back and recommend.
