My last time going to this location was a couple of months ago so service may have changed, but my last visit made me stop going again. It was near closing time on a Friday night. The server made the oolong tea latte obviously with very little to no milk in it. I immediate let her know of my drink situation. She turns to me and said there is milk in the drink.I've been to Tidal Tea and ordered the same drink many times. Frequently visit other bubble tea shops all over the city. I know what a tea latte looks like. I even make home milk teas and boil my own sugar syrup. I know how they are made too. Clearly there was something wrong with the drink. She goes back to remake the oolong tea latte and asks if the drink is what I'm used to getting. It was still not, but I didn't want to create any trouble because it was not worth it.On top of not making the drink correctly, the worker was chatting with the customer/friend the whole time I was waiting for my order. I can understand having a friend over at this type of work place, but to stop everything you're doing and just have a casual conversation while customers are waiting for their order? This is unheard of. She was there just talking for over 5 minutes not doing anything else. I didn't interrupt them because I was shocked. I wanted to see how long this would go. And then she made the order wrong, twice. This had to be poor staff training, right?

Worst experience today !! The representative didn’t honor my online request. After I complained, she refused to give me her name or the name of the manager. Shame. Spent plenty of money there since the opening & it suck’s that one person can change our entire view of the establishment. So rude !!!

We got oreo coco with pudding, oolong tea, pumkin pie coffee latte and some dumping and rice ball. Oreo coco, even request 80% it was still sweet. Oolong tea and coffee is good for my boyfriend sweettooth. Pork&leek dumpling and riceball taste good. Definitely order again soon

Tidal tea is pretty good but their boba isn't as great as other places. One thing that I think sets them apart is that they offer food - I tend to add rice balls and dumplings to my order which is a nice snack
