Solid choice for Domincan on Amsterdam and 107. The Pernil and Arroz con Pollo were exceptional. For appetizers we had the Guacamole, empanaditas, croquetas, and calamares and they were all good.
Tropical Sensation Restaurant came on the UWS scene around 15 years ago and has proven itself to be neighborhood stalwart serving up delicious Dominican, Latin/Caribbean Cuisine. I haven't had a bad meal yet, and I regularly visit for Lunch or Dinner. The hospitality is always warm, friendly and welcoming. The portions are also generous. Check them out!

The chicken with spicy guava was tasty a little to sweet ? I was looking for garlic on my testones. The kids enjoyed the chicken fingers though. And the cocktaiks were delish.
