My friend had the birthday dinner here. We had the best waitress- Sophia. She was so nice, and attentive! Our night was so much better honestly because of her. We would love to come back here. The food was really good and the decorations, live music at the bar. Everything was just perfect!

The space is very beautiful and great to enjoy on a sunny day and has an atrium feel. The food was pretty good but nothing amazing; you definitely come here for the ascetic. I would recommend this place for a brunch and didn’t have any particular complaints.

Twenty Three Grand offers a chic atmosphere in Soho, perfect for a night out with friends. The manager, Stephanie, was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. While the service was a bit slow, it actually worked out well for our group as we were able to catch up and enjoy a leisurely dinner.The food itself was decent, but nothing particularly special. If you're looking for a place with a great vibe and friendly service, Twenty Three Grand is a good option. However, if your main focus is on the food, there might be other restaurants in the area that would be a better fit.I'd definitely consider going back for drinks at the bar, but might skip the meal next time.

The brunch cocktails were great as was the fries & au poivre sauce on my friend's steak dish. Loved that the avocado toast came with a side salad as well.Service was great. From the front of house staff & our waiter Cory who had great recommendations &gave us the chocolate chip cookie at the end of our meal to celebrate new career paths!Will be returning for dinner asap

Made a reservation and got a confirmation email for 2/17, show up to the restaurant to find out that they are closed for a private party. Traveled to come to this restaurant and am extremely disappointed we were not called or made aware of the situation.

Guys this is a big NO NO, we booked the table for 12 on Valentines day, nigthmare started from the very beginning - we have ordered 2 round of drinks (we already saw that service was extremely slow) and almost all appetizers on the menu - it took them about 45 minutes to bring all drinks wrong - martini without olives, wrong cocktail instead of rose, margaritas almost no alcohol. After waiting for about an hour we asked to talk to the manager, who showed up and rudely told us that it was beyond his abilities to bring food sooner. When waited showed up another 20 minutes earlier we asked if he ordered second round of drinks - he honestly said no. And while taking empty glasses from the table he grabbed the full glass of wine and emptied it on two of the guests on our table, apologizing and disappearing immediately.We didn’t even see a piece of bread and butter for 2 hours.Long story short, almost 2 hours later we ended up leaving hungry.Manager was rude, and obviously didn’t do anything to mitigate the situation.Stay away, take your money somewhere else for good experience.

Everything went wrong from the beginning. We came at 8:30. Our our reservation was made at 8:30. We were sad at nine. That’s fine while we were sad. We waited for our drinks forever and since I ordered a glass of wine I got my glass of wine, but the rest of my body never got their drinks after 40 minutes. The waiter came and asked us what we’re gonna order if she took our orders, but the orders never came. We never got away with Tire. We never got our food And our experience was ruined And called for Manager and Bryan manager came, but he was rude actually 0 apologies and he made us feel very unwelcome didn’t like it so by 10 o’clock we just left the table we went to another place going back, save your time save your energy and money I would never recommend to anyone, unless you wanna ruin your date
