Ordered the buffalo chicken wrap, a few bites I was disappointed to find barely any chicken in the wrap. While I found the wrap to be flavorful, it was packed to the brim with spinach and fried cauliflower with just a few bits of chicken sprinkled in. I didn't really enjoy my meal, especially considering what they advertise their wrap as.

What a great find! I love the concept and the execution here. It's like a New American cuisine version of Cava or Chipotle. You can get a wrap or bowl or salad. It's all fresh and it's all gluten-free--cheers! Lots of options for proteins, greens, and sauces, so it's easy to meet a variety of dietary preferences or requirements. The service is fast, friendly, and efficient. We came by for an early dinner and there were (sadly) very few people in the UrbanSpace (where Twenty One Grains and several other fast casual places are). I highly recommend and hope to get back here soon...

Was looking for a gluten free option while in the financial district and decided to give this place a try. They offer bowls and wraps and are dedicated gluten free. I opted for the hearty eggplant bowl with roasted eggplant, sun dried tomatoes, chickpeas, salad, with a rice base and I added chicken for 4 dollars. I really wanted to like what I ordered but unfortunately the chicken is roasted chicken, not chicken breast and there were bits of fat mixed in. The eggplant I thought would be the star of the bowl given its name but it had no flavor whatsoever. Unfortunately with the mushy texture of the eggplant and the fat from the chicken, I had to spit a few mouthfuls out because I wasn't sure if it was fat or eggplant. The sauce (orange turmeric) was also not very flavorful. The portions are generous and I'm glad that I felt full and safe at the same time, but there are other places that I've tried with similar food but much more flavorful options--little beet, sweet greens, etc.

Love love love this spot. I had the Buffalo cauli wrap and was so impressed by how crispy yet tender the cauli stayed in the wrap. And the sauce!!! Hope they open more locations in the city

Now THIS was one amazing salad (blew the one that I ordered from Westville out of the water). I got the medi salad with chicken and everything was firing on all cylinders. The chicken was super juicy and seasoned (and they were very generous with how much they gave me, the bowl was HEAVY when I pulled it out of the bag). I appreciated how finely sliced the cucumbers were; it shows a nice attention to detail for an office salad lunch. The rest came together incredibly well: the olives (these were the plump, juicy, gourmet kind, not the desiccated black ones), feta, and beautifully diced beets. My favorite were the curried chickpeas with actual curry flavor. I wish I snapped a picture of the bowl before I started munching. Overall, I wouldn't say this was a cheap-o lunch but it kept me full and happy without the dreaded bloated feeling well into the afternoon. If you served me this at a restaurant, I wouldn't blink. Definitely recommend if you work nearby.

The Asian Salmon bowl is great. The ingredients are fresh and the honey siracha sauce is a nice touch :)

Conveniently located, I had an avocado toast here. It was pretty good and standard. I dont have too many complaints, the portion was quite small as expected with the FiDi prices.

Picked up a kale salad with salmon from twentyonegrains at the new UrbanSpace location, which is a great food hall to grab work lunch. Overall, while I appreciated that it was a healthy lunch, the meal was just okay. The kale was very dry, so it could have benefited from some more dressing and a good shaking of the salad. The salmon didn't taste like much. I probably won't be returning given the vast amount of good fast-casual options in the area.
