The ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! Consider myself a “Steak-ie” and have been to 100’s of steakhouses. Im a local NY so of course hit all the “main places”(Lugers/Delfriscos/Delmonico/wolfgangs/ Keens ect). Had 6pm reservations(for a 8pm NYR game). Got there 6 on the nose. Were met and greeted as soon as walked in. Chose a high-top table in bar area. Waiter came over promptly, and took our drink order. Got drinks quickly and put our apps/food order. So far so good. Apps came out relatively quick and that was were the “good time” ended. For the next hour and half NO FOOD CAME OUT AND OUR WAITER DIDN’T EVEN COME BY !!! Had to get up and get drinks at bar. No bread, NO NOTHING !!!! Waiter was circling our table like a shark but never even would make eye contact. By 7:20 literally had to have to Maitre de come over to ask “what was the delay”. Of course someone from kitchen was t there and WHOLE PLACE was backed up. Asked if I would even get my food by 8 and at least was honest but answer was NO … Totally UNACCEPTABLE. Place was far from busy/packed. Another table sitting by us also left for same reason. Im sure a bunch of other tables did as well. Go ANYWHERE ELSE !!!!

In a city that has countless high quality steakhouses add this one to the list ! I ordered a NY strip steak that was seasoned and cooked to perfection! I also had a side of garlic mashed potatoes which was delicious and a drink that topped it off !The service was excellent as well as the atmosphere I highly recommend this establishment you it's definitely worth the money!

Food was very good but the service was not so good. When they brought the food two orders were missing the broccoli and it took them 15 minutes to bring. We complained to the manager and we were not charged for the broccoli but when they brought the check we had to send it back because they were charging us an extra bottle of water.

I came during the holiday season and the decorations were very festive. I had a bunch of sides at the bar which were phenomenal, and the chocolate souffle cake was incredible. Quite a high class establishment.

Great service and restaurant looks awesome. Steak was good but unfortunately, I got food poisoning the next day. Think it was one of the bread items I ate since my companion did not get sick.
The food was good. The service was horrendous. For a Monday night, we waited an hour and a half before we got our meal. One meal was missing all together to top it off. Waiter completely dropped the ball and avoided us. Not a single comp was given.

The poterhouse steak and lamp chop were cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, exactly how a steak should be. The sides were also delicious, complementing the main course perfectly.However, I must admit that the service was a bit below par.Overall, despite the slight hiccup in service, the exceptional quality of the food at Uncle Jack Steakhouse makes it a dining destination worth visiting. With a little improvement in service efficiency, it could easily become a top-notch establishment.

We recently dined at Uncle Jack Steakhouse and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of their food. The poterhouse steak and lamp chop were cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, exactly how a steak should be. The sides were also delicious, complementing the main course perfectly. However, I must admit that the service was a bit below par. Overall, despite the slight hiccup in service, the exceptional quality of the food at Uncle Jack Steakhouse makes it a dining destination worth visiting. We were seated upstairs, which is a balcony that allows you to oversee what's below. It's honestly a great place to be seated for large groups. The service was consistent and really good. We started with the maple bacon, bacon wrapped shrimp, and lamb chops. The bacon were thinner cuts and average. I felt the shrimp was over cooked. The lamb chops were really good and had a spicy kick to them! I wouldn't say the steaks were my favorite. We ordered a few to share, including the porterhouse steak, which I found average. Out of all the sides, I preferred the sweet potato fries.
