It was past 11pm and Venchi had people lined up out the door. I waited on line to get a cappuccino and as I approached the cashier, she told me they just shut down the coffee machine 2 minutes ago. I mentioned to her (Diamond) that I have been waiting in line because I saw them serving coffee.She was able to accommodate me right away along with her manager.Thank you to Diamond and the manager for being super nice and making it happen. This was my first time in this establishment my brother my never had gelato before. Thanks to the wonderful worker server Santiago for helping us decide on what flavors to get we chose mango, which was highly recommended by him. And we did not regret this decision by any means we will be back for sure for a regular treat of mango gelato. Thank you again Santiago for all your help.
