Kid-friendliness: It was very friendly the atmosphere was very soft I loved the music I wish I got a receipt so I can identify the workers name but all of them were so nice we came in when they were closing and some shops don’t serve when they are closing so I’m glad that they did it was very organized and beautiful all of the chocolate looked very good but I only got the hot chocolate and my sisters ordered gelato and chocolate they all said it was very good and liked the workers a lot

As always, Venchi is delicious. The gelato is stand out, especially Chocoviar and Pistachio. The staff also are super welcoming and let you sample until you get the flavor you are happy with. This trip, shout out to Andy, Jane, and Chris for their welcoming customer service. Top tier experience, though obviously top tier price.

My little two scoop ice cream cone was $14.00! It was the smallest scoops I’ve ever seen. Even the cone is the smallest and skinniest I’ve seen. I had no idea I was purchasing a bunch of expensive add-ons when they asked if I wanted whipped cream, a cone, and chocolate sauce. (Silly me, I thought that was included). It basically doubled the price.The cone I had (see pic) was Strawberry with ‘Chocoviar’, which is 75% dark chocolate, topped with whipped cream. It was delicious for a few seconds until it was gone. I left feeling totally ripped off with the silly add-ons and the tiny portion size.
