The best chicken stroganoff I've found in New York ? I have to visit every time I'm in town. Service is a bit of a gamble depending on the day, but would still highly recommend as a great lunch spot.

The service was fast and friendly, the ambient was clean and very nice, and the food was traditional and tasted amazing. I was visiting NYC and decided to try this place since I was missing some food from back home, and it was just what I needed to kill my cravings. I tried their pao de queijo, pastel, coxinha, brigadeiro, and caipirinha. I look forward to my next visit!

My girlfriends and I met for dinner and had a great time! Service was very good. We enjoyed the caipirinhas and the yuca appetizer. We shared two entrees, one with cod and one with white fish, as well as a few sides. It was really a lot of food, so we even took home a little leftovers! We really felt that the food was authentic and delicious. We all agreed that we would be back!

Staff automatically includes a 20% tip into the bill without any consent or warning. In addition, this is by far the rudest and worst customer service experience I've encountered at any restaurant. Our waiter Carlos had a bad attitude from the moment we sat down. He later abruptly goes home without any acknowledgement. With the exception of one server from Guatemala who was very friendly and polite, everyone else was super rude and had the worst attitude from the start. We were friendly to everyone, didn't send anything back or anything like that; we actually enjoyed the food and thought the restaurant itself was nice; but the customer service is really really bad. This is probably because of the automatic 20% tip scam they are running. There are so many restaurants in NYC, this place definitely does not deserve your money.
