When we checked in the front desk agent was so nice and helpful and friendly.The rooms was clean and quiet considering their was construction on the corner. The problem started with the frond desk working the afternoon/evening shift. She couldn't be bothered. We came back from the day and I said hello, she completely ignored me. I was able to get checked in before 11 am and the platinum late checkout of 4pm was granted without question. The room was on the 2nd floor; so no view of any kind :-) Water pressure in the shower was great. The room was small but everything worked fine, the bed was comfy, room was clean. The hotel had coffee and water available free of charge at any time. There is no breakfast at this Aloft. Very convinient to subway (Fulton) to/from JFK; PATH's WTC station.
