How was the food here?I can't actually tell you because the man who was supposed to be running the register was on a cell phone and angrily waved me away when I asked if I could order and if they had a particular product in store yet(the orange frosty).I understand that sometimes people need to take an important call but after 5 minutes of waiting by the register and neither he nor any other employee helping me I decided to leave.

The manager has as much class as the crackheads who frequent the establishment: she was so angry that I dare ask for my money back when t hey did not have Chili available that I paid for using their Kiosk that she reached in the register and threw a $10 at me and waled away without swaying a word. Once a guy was literally smoking crack out out of a glass crack pipe while chatting up two teenage tourists. This is not a one off occurrence, I live in the neighborhood and come here all the time. Every other large chain hires security in the area.

I ordered a baked potato with bacon and cheddar (sour cream and chives) the potato had no bacon which I paid for and was slathered with way too much cheddar. I also ordered regular chicken nuggets- I got dried out spicy nuggets. The server made my soda instead of letting me make it and I didn’t want ice which he added without asking me.Usually I come here and have no or problem but tonight the food was nasty and a waste of $13! I’d like to be compensated

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Not only do they not serve the menu as I ordered, but they often forget to include items. Even if you order sauce for free on the app, they ask you to pay 25 cents for it. It seems like everyone working there is a fool. They do not provide the food as ordered. It's the worst in the world.

Even though this is a newly opened location, it doesn't mean everyone can slack on the job. My kiosk order 470 on 12/3/2023 was missing some items, and you can't even call to get a refund.
