Accidentally stumbled upon this hidden gem during our NYC exploration, and it turned out to be a true delicatessen delight!The pastrami sandwich and chicken sandwich we ordered were not only surprisingly amazing but also generously portioned.Despite the absence of indoor seating, the flavors and quality of the food more than compensated for it. A must-try for anyone seeking outstanding deli fare in the city!

Order was delivered and I'm very disappointed that the bread was burnt and I couldn't enjoy my sandwich. I tried my best to pick the scorched parts off, but it still had the burnt taste and I ended up having to just throw the sandwich away. I spent almost $20 (delivery fees, tip & a drink) and I'm still hungry. The reviews are amazing and this seems to be a one off situation so perhaps I'll try again someday.

Last week, November 15th, my school ordered bag lunches from the West Bank Gourmet Deli. Delicious and well-priced! The staff was delightful and friendly. Applause and Kudos for West Bank Gourmet!
