I recently visited Wingstop and had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Quintin. From the moment I walked in, Quintin greeted me with a warm smile and made sure my order was perfect. Now, let's talk about the tenders - they were absolutely delicious! Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with flavor. Each bite was a savory delight that left me wanting more. Overall, Wingstop exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely be returning for both the incredible tenders and the top-notch service from Quintin.

Walked in to grab a quick bite for home. Was informed that they were out of traditional wings and only had boneless. While considering getting some chicken fingers or cutting my losses one employees came out from the back yelling and the two other proceeded to begin screaming and swearing at him. No idea what about, but at that point I thought it best to leave lest I become another collateral victim of gang violence.The place looked fairly clean though, so kudos there.

They always say 25-30 mins wait, always! This is never the case, they will keep pushing your wait time for almost an hour. Their inline wait time and in person wait time is the worst. Never trust their wait time, plan on waiting waaaay more then they tell you to. I have been here so many times and it’s always the same.

I ordered food on the app to be picked up...They said their system was down so they never got the order...Asked for a refund and never got the refund after calling up to the store on multiple occasions

Incredibly disappointing service. I was quoted a 60 min waiting time and I showed up at my designated pickup time and waited for an additional 90 minutes. The employees tried their hardest to make it work, but orders clearly kept coming in and they could not keep up. I left without having received my food, even though i had already paid.

This evening, I arrived at your restaurant to pick up my online order. As I approached the door, I noticed a female cashier at the register, gazing out of the window. As soon as I entered, she quickly left the register area. I walked up to the register, and waited for her to assist me. I noticed she was just playing around with herself and pretending to be occupied. It took for the other employee who was working in the kitchen area to signal her that I was there. I would describe the cashier's behavior as uncanny and unprofessional while she attended to me. After she handed me my order, she asked me to close the entrance door and I thought that was odd, because shouldn't that be her job? She then went on to explain to me, that the door had mechanical issues. I was not satisfied with her attitude or her basically asking me to do her job for her. It is not the customer's responsibility to close and open doors at the restaurant, that is between management and staff. I can only describe the female employee as a light skinned, Latinx with eyeglasses.

Great food, i dont usally order fast food bcause sometimes the food is undercooked but here its cooked great with the right amount of sesoning and sauce. thanks to the cook in the back Ariel however he made it, it came out

good customer service, sometimes food is slow but the food is amazing, so worth the wait!
Ordered through Frub Hub asked for a brownie and found no brownie in the bag. Called the store and waited 10 minutes for them to pick up the phone. Told the team member what happened and she replied in a very condescending tone we didn’t have anymore brownies so we gave you and extra ranch…..excuse me how is that even a substitute!? We gotta do better.

Worst wing stop ever! I order from this location and they took 2 hours.. two hours for my food. Then they cancelled on me. I called them and no pick up. This is very disappointing & frustrating. I had almost 10 delivery people cancel on me because my food wasn’t ready. I understand it’s busy but 2hours is insane plus no food on top of that.
