I’ve never seen so much pride in such terrible service. The croissants aren’t not fresh. You will not get your coffee the way you like it.The ‘art’ is bland.

Every time I come to NY, coffee tasting is one my favorite things to do. I heard service wasn't the best in this place but I need to remove that thinking. Yes, it get busy and when I got there, there was only one employee. But he worked very well with the line and getting everything as fast as possible without hurting the quality. And coffee taste was amazing! A+ to this place and their staff.

They take their Espresso very seriously, which is all I really need to see. How good it is, is for each to decide but definitely worth a try, I'll hit them up again. Very nice atmosphere as well.

Amazingly good coffee. They serve traditional Italian drinks, smaller portions than most Americans are used to but strong and delicious without loads of sugar. Staff is super friendly, happy to answer any questions about the drinks. It’s a wonderful place to grab a snack and a latte.

For espresso lovers this is an excellent place. Nothing touristy and located in an office building, it is populated by those who work or are on a short break.Perfect for an espresso with cream and well drawn. The cakes with nutella are very good too, an explosion of nutella as the waiter explained.

The default is one single shot of espresso in a cappuccino or late (even though it’s $5.50). If u want a stronger drink ask for less milk or a double shot.

Came in here when NYC had an insane downpour. I had the almond croissant, apricot cookie, and cappuccino. The croissant doesn't taste like a French croissant, it's not buttery, crispy, or has a nice chew to it. It has an interesting texture, not bad tasting. The apricot cookie was yummy, great texture and taste, just a bit too sweet for my taste. As a reference, I think Lady M cakes are too sweet. The cappuccino was good, nice espresso and very light and foamy milk foam. There aren't that many tables and chairs, but overall not bad for a small break!

Zibetto espresso bar has the finest coffee I've ever had! This is a must visit for me every time I am in NYC. Quite different from the third wave sort of American coffee but oh the flavor of macchiato! With so many places to go in New York, it's super easy to go in to decision paralysis but if you're in the area this is the best stop searching :) I wish we had something like this in SoCal where I'm from.
