Great friendly service. Very good food!
Most deplorable experience I've ever had. Waited over an hour for our food, it never arrived. waitress avoided us, avoided eye contact, offered 1x... about 30 minutes in, that there was a ticket issue but our food would be right out. After another 20 minutes we asked another waitress if she could check on things for us, came back very apologetic but couldn't tell us when our food would be out. Another 10 minutes some other waitress came over and said they had ticket printer issues and everyone was upset. I told her really because every table here is eating but us, and they all came in afterward. She said, "I'm not lying really we had ticket printer issues" . I could go on but let's just say the way this was handled was well.....obviously screwed up. Never did anyone offer a thing to us the whole wait time, and on top of that when we left because we couldn't wait any longer the waitress had the nerve to come out after us and yell it wasn't our fault the printer wasn't working. hmmmm, yet some tables came and left full, some tables well after us were eating.......somebody had an issue. I've been here before it was average and ok, but this service, in so many regards, was truly the absolute worst resturant experience I've ever had!
