BWW is hit or miss. Any time I have ordered delivery, my order has always been wrong, whether it's the wrong flavor, items missing, or the wrong type of wings. In store tho, the food has been excellent. I've been there during their slower hours, and the service isn't any faster than a busy day, but the staff has been friendly.Restrooms. Card or cash.

Came here last night and received the worst service I have probably ever experienced in my life. I want to start off by saying our waitress (not sure what her name was) but she had a binder with Bad Bunny stickers on it. We got there at 6:15 and got seated, she greeted us with a straight face, you could tell she did not want to be there. As we were looking at the drink menu she was just tapping her pen on her book looking across the restaurant seemingly bothered. Waited around 30 minutes just for our drinks. She came over one time and asked us if we needed anything as well as the manager. When the manager came out to ask if we needed anything my husband said water and it was brought out by her right away. That was the quickest service we got all night. Didn’t bring out the few things we asked for, we were already done finishing the appetizers and didn’t see her once so there was no point to ask again. We didn’t wind up leaving till 9 o’clock, so we were there for three hours waiting for drinks and food. The tables next to us were seated after us, and left before we even got served. The tip of the iceberg was after she brought the boxes out, we asked for the check and waited another 30 minutes. I had went up and asked if we could have the check to which she brought it out then. We gave her the card and when she brought it back she placed my husbands credit card and receipt in a plate of ketchup on the table. Normally when we go out we tip over 20% even if the service isn’t up to par because we understand that is peoples livelihoods but we have never EVER experienced anything this poor before. Will never be returning to this location.

Good food selection. I did have to make my own very hot and spicy chicken salad though. I ordered a 6-piece boneless and added it to the salad. There would have only been two chicken tenders on the salad, otherwise.

If I could give this place no stars I would. This place has the WORST customer service and speed. We’ve ordered multiple times on the app and we had to still wait over sometimes up to 45min extra for our order. The staff could care less the attitude is terrible!!! Stay away or go to another one if you want to save time!

This was a sight to be seen. People who ordered a week ago had to wait for their food during the Super Bowl. My food took forever as well as the servers laughed at the situation. This restaurant has always had poor management, but the fact that BUFFALO WILD WINGS where so behind they continued to sit People and TAKE MORE ONLINE ORDERS! Like who's TF is in charge? fire him or her immediately! I recommend the person reading this save the headache and money and go to a different restaurant. F.Y.I. the cooks where laughing and moving slow as possible.

Just left after waiting an hour after my pickup time on an order that I ordered a day in advance after they told me it could be another 2 hours. Spent that hour sitting in a room with 50+ people in the same situation, including people who gave up after waiting 3 hours past their pickup times. Horribly managed restaurant. Stop accepting orders if you don’t have the capacity to fulfill them.Worst part was there were people who ordered 3 hours ago with pickup times after mine who got their food while I was waiting. Didn’t look like there was any effort to fulfill orders in the order of pickup time so staff could provide almost information on how long the expected wait would be be beyond that it could be another 2 hours (or the next order could be yours).

Excellent place!! Ask for KAT. She is THE BEST server!!! She is friendly, customer service focused, patient, funny, and we only sit at one of her stations. She sees us when we walk in, and when she comes to the table, she already has soft drinks in her hands for us!!! On a scale of 1 to 10, she's a 20!!! And I've worked in customer service for 30+ years. Ask for KAT! You will be glad you did!!
