All staff need to be more outgoing and friendly, save our chef. The chef put on a great show! Everyone else? Cold and emotionless. My drink sat empty for the entire experience. I drank it quickly and never got a refill. The food was average, but priced well for a lunch special. Overall it was refreshing to be at a hibachi, but the experience had MUCH more potential that went untapped.

Service was horrible today. No soup nor salad. Charged me for a glass of wine I did not receive.
Our first visit. Delicious food and fantastic service. Portions ample and presentation beautiful. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Worth all five stars!

Food was good. But if you sit in the regular dining area, not the hibachi area, it is ridiculously cold!!. And this is the second time in the last month that I have been here and it has been very cold. If you speak to the waitress she does nothing, and if you speak to the front desk they do nothing. While we were there, almost every customer had their coats on and some had hats on. One set of customers even left because it was so cold. Though we usually tip at least 20%, our waitress this time got about 6% for not listening to our concerns. Iron chef: raise the damn Heat. And when customers complain repeatedly you need to listen to their complaints and raise the damn Heat
