Not the best I have had and cost a small fortune. I got a fill up bucket with two small extras came to $43.27! For real won't be returning and the person at the window could remember that she is dealing with real people. Would it really be hard to be polite and smile a little?

Terrible staff the manager is rude and ghetto she yells at her staff as if they where peasants, you can tell the staff is from the city of Newburgh and are miserable with themselves just from how they take orders, chicken is old looks like they just refried old chicken, don’t know how the corporate still allows this behavior and don’t know why this location is still running, at the drive thru I told her for my side I would like mashed potatoes and she kept saying fries so I politely said no the mashed potatoes and she very rudely and ghetto goes “well I can’t hear you so”

Got there as it opened' ordered a 3 piece combo. Chicken was soggy and not crispy at all. Wonder if they know what fried chicken is.... not a high expectation from a fast food place but I was expecting better Chicken than the Chinese store

This was my first time getting KFC in a while and I was excited to try the new wrap, but my experience was disappointing. The food was sloppily prepared, portions were lacking, and they forgot something I ordered. Overall, a letdown. Should’ve listened to the prior bad reviews. It’s honestly impressive how many things they did wrong.

The worst KFC I've been too. Every time I go there it's always something else. Today's issue was they couldn't take any orders because the manager needed to do something to the machines.Other times they don't have this chicken, they don't have these sides. It'll be a fifteen minute wait. It's awful. I'll drive across town to go to Popeyes any day.

The place was ice cold. the line of people waiting to place an order was out the door. It was understaffed, I stood there for 15 minutes in the freezing cold before I saw an associate come out of the bathroom wiping his hands on his pants at which point I decided I would rather not eat at this place of business, as I will not call it a restaurant.

I had a bad experience tonight. Went through the drive thru. Ordered two chicken wraps and some sides. The young man at the window took my money and let all my coin change fall on the ground. He saw this and closed the window. When he came back with my food I told him he should give the change before the bills because it slides right off. He did not pay any attention. Did not even attempt to replace all the coins that rolled under the car. He just closed the sliding window. No apology not even a thank you or come again. I don't blame the employee. I blame the manager for not training people right and not supervising what is going on. Very disappointing. Also my wrap was not even wrapped in paper. Or it was a poor attempt to wrap it in paper. How hard is that?
