Went to Noches de Columbia in Newburgh, NY last night, we celebrated a friends birthday. We have a really good time, the food was amazing and the drinks were nice and strong. The even have a bakery and the breads look amazing. I couldn't leave without buying a loaf. Will definitely be going back.

I've passed by Noches de Colombia way too many times and have been ridiculously curious about this place for SO long. Finally, after accidentally skipping breakfast, lunch, and life getting in the way - with a ready coffee in my hand and an staring into an empty hand and empty stomach, I decided to stop by Noches de Colombia. I was craving specifically pan de bono. Why? No clue. But I KNEW I needed to have it. Without so many options in the area and this being one of the very few Colombian spots, I knew I had to take action but didn't quite want to be disappointed. I literally called from the parking lot and asked if they had pan de bono (which they did). I rushed in as fast as I could ordered my two delicious pan de bonos- a soft, cheesy, sweet and savory DELICIOUSNESS I wasn't even ready for but knew I needed. As I almost dropped my mouth **because I had no idea how insanely cute this place would be on the inside** I realized I need to get my butt back here asap and give their delicious Colombian cuisine a try (besides the amazing pan de bono and awesome baked goods they have). So yes. Pan de bono lead me here. Now I'm shocked and need to come back. Also, yes, this is a restaurant but they have a little bakery section on the side of the inside where you can order empanadas, croissants, (pan de bono) and many more delicious treats all fresh.

I went here with my friend and work colleague for dinner on a Saturday night. We ordered their specialty drinks, and were blown away by the presentation and taste. We proceeded with ordering a bunch of appetizers and small plates to make our meal out of it. We got arepas, tostones, empanadas and guacamole. Everything was delicious! I took one star off for the level of music volume! They had a live singer, who did a great job and we enjoyed the authentic music. BUT it was so loud, we couldn't hear each other all night, as we tried to catch up and have a conversation. It was impossible. I will come back, but NOT on a Friday or Saturday night.

Took my wife here the day after valentines because we both had to work on Valentines day. I had heard good thing about the food, a bit pricey but I don't mind paying for good food. I never got to taste anything. After being seated in a area with 5 table being used and 4 waitresses and waiters. I was feeling good. After 10 min of everyone walking g past I was like ok. After 20 min. I feel like it deliberate. After 40 min of no one even talking to us. I watch them seat another couple down. After 5 min they were being served. I told my wife to get up and spoke to the manager. Your waitress made eye contact and still refused to do her job..

Today I was at Noches de Colombia Newburgh and I was completely impressed, both by the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service. The menu presented a variety of typical and innovative dishes from Colombian cuisine, combining bold flavors and beautiful presentation. The attentive and trained staff made sure that our meal was memorable. I emphasize the service and hospitality of Lucia, a girl who served us when we went to the bakery, providing excellent options and types of breads which we found surprising with the mixes and flavors of the bakery. the Latin culture, as for doubts, Ms. Damaris, manager of the place, cleared them all up by giving a precise explanation of the most recognized dishes that caught our attention the most, among them was the history and origin of the tumba paisa, which is one of the unmissable dishes when trying Colombian food, I recommend and guaranteed my satisfaction En Noches de Colombia Newburgh enough to enjoy a fantastic and unmissable gastronomic experience.Kid-friendliness: Is very complete

Last night I went to this restaurant and it was a unique experience. I loved the atmosphere of how the restaurant is divided. I had a question and the very dear and kind manager Damaris explained it to me. It's great that people like them don't make you feel at home, without a doubt. I recommend.
