I don't know why you treat customers like this. I ordered 16pc chicken wings and found that I simply padded my car with tin foil. When I found it was too late to get it. My hands are full of oil, too. Is it difficult to provide a box? Or is the owner of this store simply unwilling to buy boxes for guests to use?

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have ordered from Papa John's consistently and never had a problem. On today Dec 12, 2023 I ordered a pizza for my granddaughter, the Shaq one. The pizza was delivered and I tipped quite nicely. My grand boo took one bite of the pizza and yelled for me. The pizza had human hair in the cheese. I nicely called and asked could they please redo it and I would gladly give them back the original pizza. After being place a on hold 4 times I was told they wouldn't replace it because a piece was eaten. No it was spit out and sitting on the plate with the hair on it. I will never order from here again...horrible customer service and for the amount of times I've ordered and never complained once even when they've forgotten items, I expected more. Will definitely encourage others to find a better, cleaner option.

The food was really awful! "My husband and l have tasted - traditional "Paella and it doesn't taste nothing like this, nor does it look like it! Very dissatisfied with the food of course, the service extremely bad. There was one waitress who kept running back and forth between tables/ serving snd cleaning supplies were left on top of the table/ Windex " Also- super expensive! My husband and l were super disappointed, left hungry of course we did not eat what was brought to the table, also to make matters worst, my husband kept saying he couldn't tolerate the smell coming from the food. First and last time. I would not recommend this place at all.!
If you want constipation, Diarrhea, nausea, heartburn or indigestion this spot is the place to be. From there awfully slow service. Terribly rude staff. It all ends up in a 3-4 hour trip to the toilet after eating this food!!! I gave it two stars because after eating here I had to call out the work the next day and was able to master my village to be so solid in the phone game Clash of Clans while sitting on the toilet! Without Papa Johns no way I would ever be a level 100! Thank you Papa Johns!

Given that this is the only papajohns close to poughkeepsie, it's a bit of a drive. However, I have never had a complaint with their pizzas. The staff is always Courteous and kind, and they follow directions to a T.

Food is very good I've never eaten in the restaurant only take out. I used to order when I was in Florida but now I'm in Poughkeepsie, 10 miles away. Do you deliver that far away.
