So today I went inside to get 2 slices of pizza and this is my usual and the man with the baldness hair pushed to front charged me extra 50 cent more then before then charged me for a small cup of blue cheese which I always get and over charged me for a soda. And that was hurtful since I come regular and I will never go again. He was nasty as well when I said forget it sir I’m not paying all that extra for two slices good luck ! Don’t eat there thanks

Super impressed. I ordered via GrubHub and the store promptly called me to tell me that the app had overcharged me and that they’d reduce the price on my order but that I would still be getting the same amount of toppings. I was impressed that someone actually took the time and effort to fix something that would cost them money, but they did.Then I got the pizza and I was shocked at how heavy it was. most pizzas are pretty small these days and rather thin and I end up being unsatisfied. But this pizza felt like it weighed 5 pounds. The toppings were plentiful, and the cheese was nice and stretchy like in the commercials. The pizza was very good and I’ll have plenty of leftovers.Well worth the price and I would definitely order again.

They are located in the Mid Valley Mall, 39 North Plank road Newburgh NY, 12550.I always get the traditional Stromboli, which is a meal in itself. I also order the chicken Straciatella soup. It is loaded with noodles and spinach and egg.The staff is nice and welcoming.There room for handicap seating and parking in the parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: They are handicap accessible and has handicap parking.

Very disappointed. After months of several people in my building ordering delivery from Barile's, I was told tonight that they no longer deliver to Newburgh when I called to place an order.Sorry Barile's, we're not going to pay roughly 33% more for a delivery service which doesn't even have most of the things we order on their menus. Your food is good, but not THAT good.

Okay I was waiting by the counter to order and not one person acknowledged me. I figured let me get service if I sit down I'll be able to order. Nope!! I was only given menus and not once did anyone come back to take our order. What happened to this place? Service used to be great but not anymore. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere!!!We walked out and left and went elsewhere where service is impeccable

A couple of friends treated me to some pizza and wings after helping them with tasks. Take out order of pepperoni pizza and hot wings. Everything was delicious. Overall happy with experience from take out orders from Planet Pizza.?
Though I’ve only been here twice ever, the staff is friendly, the prices are fair, and the slices are HUUGE! The inside brings a nostalgic 90’s vibes and is eye catching!

I asked that there be NO greens on my wife’s penne Ala vodka, as she’s allergic to it.. it came with either basil or parsley. I ordered a Cesar salad with chicken.. lots of ch. but so dry?? Couldn’t hardly chew it.. sorry to say.. I will not order from this place again..

It was actually May 2022, but I could not choose that. I went to pickup a $20 pizza. The original Barile Family from the Bronx, opened their first location in Newburgh, NY and their second location in Monroe, NY. Their father, Nick, was a good guy!! When the Monroe Location opened it was always quality and good service. Now, half the time you go by it's a ghost town, must be why their youngest son was so desperate he had to pick up my money that I dropped and kept it for himself, even though they knew me personally for over 20 years and I looked out for them and their businesss.. would have been no problem, if he could just admit his momentary lapse of judgement and return the exact amount ($500.00-$20.00 paid for pizza = $480.) Too bad your ego is more important than your honesty and loyalty to those that looked out for you, yours and your business.. Sure your making your father proud!! The food is going downhill in Monroe and GWL, NY, not suprising since the original family is!
