The took long to give out my food even tho I ordered 10 wings and 4 chicken tenders and fries while other people order bigger orders and got there food first !!.was waiting there for 45 min just for 3 simple orders

They are very rude about there services I order online and when I walked in the store . None of the cashiers asked to help me they serve everyone that walked in after me .....and never apologized or said anyone .....I will drive all the way to Middletown just to avoid the nasty services...I won't be back here

Still waiting for a Manager to reach out to me about the order that was stolen and never delivered to me. I was told by 3 different managers that the GM would reach out to me and it's been over 2 weeks now. Good thing I got my bank involved because Wingstop told me that I would have to wait 3-5 business days to get my refund. Then sent me a $5 gift card for my troubles. I can't even buy a straw for $5.00 in that place. Very disappointing and they lost a lot of customers from my job because of it.

Ordered a 24 family pack. I just now counted after getting home and putting them in the oven to reheat them and I only have 19 wings. I don’t know what happened to those others but I got a good idea where. Certain wings smell funny and overall, nowhere near a good impression from this place. People arguing, employees yelling at customers and whatnot… Safe to say, I will never be going back there again.

The general manager is extremely nice and has amazing customer service. He helped my bag up my left overs while engaging in a conversation. 10/10 recommend for good food and amazing customer service. The girl who took my order was also extremely nice.

What can I say? Delicious! Do not hesitate to buy. Recommend to order on the app then pick up. If you order when you walk in it could be a 25 minute wait. It takes time to cook wings so they are fresh

Took 20 minutes for the wings to be ready and when I got into the car and started eating them they were barely warm and the sauce was cold like it just came out of the fridge. Come on Wing Stop you have to do better. Came 40 minutes because my son wanted to try them. Needless to say I will never be back.

Revised see bottom of review. Ordered food in the Wingstop app. Said it was going to arrive in an hour. And hour and a half pass food arrives cold and bag opened. Called Wingstop for refund, told me I have to wait for the manager to call me that they weren't not going to refund my order and told me to call DoorDash back and tell them to refund the order. Don't eat here they take no accountability. Right now I was contacted by the owner of that Wingstop. I am now told I will be refunded so I am waiting to see if I get my money refunded to raise my score to the full 5 stars. As of now I'll raise it from one to two. Then from there to five stars. I do appreciate the fact that they reached out to me.
