I went to this place thinking it was a place where you could feed apples to bees, I walked in the restaurant and asked a worker "where's the bees?" I got laughed at. Who makes a restaurant called Applebee's if there's no bees to feed? Absolutely ridiculous. Next time I expect bees and apples to be waiting.

Tried this place with our family for the first time. Staff were really nice and friendly. We really liked our starters (boneless chicken with BBQ and Mild buffalo sauce). We ordered pasta; four cheese and alfredo, and both my partner and I agree that we definitely had better pasta than those. Overall not too bad but I think base sause for their pasta should be a lot thicker and more tasty (specially considering the price)Vegetarian options: Several items on menuDietary restrictions: Several options on the menuParking: We had issues with parking on-site which was taken care of by the manager very professionally. Applebee’s parking lot is shared with the hotel right next to it and unfortunately the parking attendant was trying to stop us from parking in there although there were so many available spots.Kid-friendliness: All good

During a busy weekend we stopped here to get a bite to eat with our family of 8. We were expecting a long wait but the staff, to our surprise was able to seat us almost immediately. Subsequently our server was fantastic and easily the best waitress we’d had all week. Sarah stood out as a highlight of our trip and we truly appreciated her attentive service. We felt compelled to compliment her to the manager and cannot say enough good things about her. The food was also delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant, and if you can, sit in Sarah’s section.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.

We went here about 50 minutes before closing, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff greeted us very nicely and were very courteous throughout our time here. I want to mention Jayden and Louise in particular who were very patient with us and even let us stay until around 10 minutes past closing to let us finish our meal in a relaxed manner. The food was good as well, the restaurant was already relatively empty while we were there which was nice. Do keep in mind that this location is rather expensive for an Applebee's due to the location. Plus, they don't include taxes and fees in the menu prices.
I know going to a restaurant around Niagara Falls is usually expensive. But $64 for splitting 2 dishes (chicken quesadilla + chicken sandwich) with only water to drink is ridiculous. There was also a $5 charge for BIAF (tourist tax) added to the bill. Overheard the waitress tell the table near us there was a 2.5% charge to use Credit card payment.TLDR; overpriced for mediocre food and hidden fees. Many better places around

Group of 4 on Easter long weekendZero wait time. Hostess kindly seated us in a booth at our request. Booth wasn’t available. However, hostess was happy to clean it for us right away.Server had excellent memory and remember our entire order at once (drinks, apps, mains)…impressive. Good was good and came out fairly quickly.We had brisket and fish tacos, and Mac n cheese with chicken fingers. No complaints.This is a family friendly restaurant in the falls, even family friendly after 8pm.Overall, a good experience. I would return to this restaurant in the future.

BEWARE OF FOOD POISONING!!!!!We ate here on March break 2024 and my husband was sick within half hour of leaving Applebee's.. vomiting non stop for the next 12 hours.He ate a chicken sandwich.Overpriced and slow service.Foods nothing special.
