I really wanted to enjoy this. It had been a long time since having Chipotle and despite the slew of recent unfavourable reviews, I gave this place a chance.I got there this morning right as they opened. I was immediately acknowledged and that someone would be right with me. The staff there is a lot of young and lively people which I love. Overall the service was good.My issue was the chicken. It was very dry burnt bits that were very hard to chew and tasted charred. I know they had just opened but holding service a few more minutes to get fresh chicken made would not have been that big a deal. It would have been better than this experience which has left a lasting impression. Both this location and the one by Walden are both missing the mark on the consistency of that iconic Chipotle flavour. That’s too bad.UPDATE: I was asked to reach out on a site that is not allowing me to upload my concern (bad request error) so.....
15 people ahead of us who said they’ve been here for 20 minutes waiting for chicken and steak to be cooked.. mind you this is a popular location beside the border then another 15 minutes later we get to the front for them to tell us they’re out of veggies, brown rice, sour cream and lettuce.. then to top it off the portions are horrible and the staff serving are ignorant and filled with attitude.

Every time I come here there’s an issue. Whether they are randomly closed, no in person ordering only mobile, or small portions. I have given them multiple chances but not one good experience. Ever. Came today and it’s a Friday night at 5pm and they are closed.
