I ordered from Dairy Queen online an got it delivered only to be delivered something that tasted like it was made 12 hours ago. Cold and hard as a rock. How about I just get a refund an you don’t send that at all? It’s embarrassing and disgusting that they decide to serve food like that. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

The casier Kara has a HORRIBLE attitude. Came in with 2 friends to just get a cone smiled at her and she gave us the dirtiest look and mean mugged us until she stormed into the back. I mentioned it to the manager who didn't have a name tag on and his excuse was she's new. I won't go back here again.

This is the worst Dairy Queen and that's crazy to say considering there's only 2 in the city. We come through and spend $30 4 or 5 times a week and I've worked in fast food, it's not hard.. That is if you hire more than just young, ditzy teenage girls which apparently is all that work there and adding an extra ingredient (ONE) to a blizzard is too hard for them. Now let's discuss the terrible management. I've called to complain about missing ingredients, get told I should've said something while I was sitting in my truck with a line behind me. So, I say something while I'm in the window and the so called "owner" comes to the window and says "what's the problem now". Oh. OK. Well you're imbecile staff and bad attitude are my problem now AND the missing ingredients you CHARGED ME FOR. Thanks.
