Unfortunately, my visit to this DQ location today (April 13, 2024 around 10pm) didn't meet my expectations. I ordered 2 cheese dogs for my young children but received 2 chili cheese dogs instead. One of my kids couldn't eat it because it was too spicy. When I informed the staff about the mistake, they insisted my husband ordered chili cheese. It's strange to think someone would order spicy hotdogs for 5-year-old kids. What disappointed me more than the mistake itself was how they handled it. The lady I spoke with had a high tone, which wasn't helpful at all. Their customer service was lacking, especially for a place in a tourist area. We left feeling disappointed and believe this establishment could improve with better customer service training.

Walk up on the Avenue. They have Orange Julius from when I was a kid. Wish they did not as out tastes better as a kid cause my tastes have changed and I’d ask sugar. Nice benches to sit in front and watch the people and the action.

Horrible customer service, once they bother to look up from their phone to serve you, and then treat you as if you're interrupting them. The line was quite long and they left one gentleman to deal with everyone as they hid behind a corner showing each other tik toks. No sanitary measures were taken such aa gloves or hair nets. And the employee proceeded to make her own sundae and eat it in the middle of making my order. Never wasting my money or time there again.

Needed a very cold drink today, despite the heat the line moved fast. My one gripe, the old lady who works there was giving me dirty looks cuz i was playing my music. Be a little less obvious maybe hun, also clifton hill is probably the most noise polluted public place in Ontario, and ur not the only one who works here. Cut me some slack n let me have my sound bubble, seriously theres not one good thing u missed worth hearing so maybe chillax your sour baby face next time lady. Maybe even bob your head along, either that or consider moving to a different town. Why on earth would you wanna work in a place where ppl having a good time if you can't even handle a little loud music?
5/5, amazing service. The red curly haired girl is very cute and made my experience 10 times better. Everyone seems so nice and anytime I go, it’s delicious and worth it.

Great place to work. Everyone is like a family. For those saying it’s illegal not to give you water on a hot day, it’s not, it’s illegal for dine in restaurants but we are a food stand and not legally required to give you free water ? hopefully that clears things up
