Fast service and great ice cream.we usually get a blizzard and peanut buster. Don't forget you can ask for the large lids instead of the flat ones.

Service and food were good.The only complaint is PLEASE change your brand of mustard. It's awful stuff. I don't know if it's heinz or sunspun brand. French's mustard is way better. Get some recycling going, too. Everything's going in the garage, and lots of it can be recycled.

"manager rule: take USD cash as Canadian $ equivalent"(EVERY other restaurant or gift shop we visited offered .80 to 1.00 as the exchange rate was .74 USD to 1.00 CAD)Total bill was something like $63 CAD. They took our American $50 (aka $67 CAD) and made us pay the remainder on card... overall charged us intentionally... had to pay about $80 CAD for a $63 CAD order 'because it was policy"-Also they don't carry chocolate soft serve so you can't get a twist.-Attendant didn't know the difference between "sprinkles" and "confetti cake"...-Ice cream was good but small portions... small vanilla cone with "sprinkles" was $5 each and came as "confetti cake"

This place use to be good but seems ownership has changed. Went there for 2 large dipped cones and they were less than half the size of any other DQ. In the past they were huge from this place. Also, the soft serve ice cream had an odd sour like taste and after taste to it. My Mother even had a slimy film stick to the plate of her dentures. She got quite sick. This has never happed before on the 100s of times we have had DQ. We eat DQ all the time...weekly...so we know their ice cream and there's was definitely off. Use to go here on all of our Niagara visits but never again. Avoid them!!!!

The place looks great, clean and spacious! Customer service was ok, no smile nor friendly greeting. I bought a chocolate fudge sunday and was disappointed. The fudge was not hot at all. I asked for extra peanuts was charged for the extra items but the amount of crushed peanuts given was so little for the price that I had to pay!

Place was clean. Smaller portions of ice cream served here than at other locations. The free dilly bar offer isn’t valid here as they don’t provide their phone number and staff stated it’s not acceptable here… then why put it on the receipt?

Great Dairy Queen location. I came out of town and was craving ice cream and it genuinely tastes better at this location than other DQ locations I’ve been to. Staff and great. Ice cream is 10/10. Would recommend to anyone visiting Niagara Falls looking for a sweet treat!
I have ordered online a cake. Taste was overall good but i didnt liked the presentation at all. They should know if someone asked to write something on ut you should know the colour theory and what colour would look good on the note. Overall okay, but the counter person who took the phone was rude.
